We had the best time! The houses were perfect for 13 of us. Plenty of space and very clean. Great location. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Property was just as listed. Very clean with up to date decor. Perfect for our family visit for a wedding. The location was convenient for airport for several guests. Great location for quick access to good food—whether restaurants or grocery. We did a lot of hanging out there just visiting with each other, playing games with the kids. Good family gathering tables! Plenty of space! Amenities were all there—from hair dryers to plug ins for technology. Bathrooms everywhere which was a nice plus for added privacy for each guest. We loved it and it was perfect four our extended family.

Perfect setup for our business retreat! Walkable nearby restaurants for dinner and breakfast. About a 10min drive to downtown conference facilities. Unit C had a great living space to mastermind and do some training. The rooftop view from Unit C was spectacular!

Two Great Units

We stayed with 13 adults in 2 units. It was furnished with everything we needed. The unit was very clean and had a like-new feel. Plenty of room for all. Good proximity to 12 south, the gulch and Broadway.
