The GPS will take you to the house in the front, I do live in the front house, there might be a car in the driveway, just drive past the car and drive straight to the back where you will be staying, the home will be to your right, the entire home is exclusively yours, for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind and make memories, the home has everything that you need to make your stay comfortable, if not please let me know what I need to do to make your stay more enjoyable! The home has soft water (filtered), heating, Air Conditioning, iron, and WiFi, Snacks, guests will have everything they need for a relaxing stay. If you need anything else to make your stay more comfortable please let me know, This gorgeous space features a cozy bedroom and a clean bathroom.

We will be in the yard every now and then, to water the plants and feed the birds, we try not to go into the yard while you are there.

We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay in our home.

Your dogs can run in the yard, there's a gate, it is manual on the side of the home so you will have to close it and open it yourselves, or you can just leave it open it is up to you... Close it for the safety of your pets. Please Crate your dogs and cats while not in the home with them, thank you! Property ID #4370843

The place was clean, quiet, and really well laid out to make a small space work well. It's clear a lot of care goes into taking care of it! I especially enjoyed sitting on the little porch in the evenings, and appreciated the labeled cabinets (and thoughtful snacks!)

We had a great time staying here! The home was clean and had everything we needed. There was a clean attention to detail to providing a cozy and personal experience for guests. Angela was very kind and responsive. The home felt very private and I appreciated having our own parking spot. I also liked the neighborhood. It was safe, quiet, and within 15 minutes from everything we needed. I'd be very happy to stay here again!

My neighborhood is very friendly and kind, the neighbors are always willing to help you, there's always people walking their dogs, you can walk to 4th St, Walgreens or Food King the grocery store on 4th St, about 5 minutes walking,

What makes this property unique

I always have snacks for my guests, plus it's so close to everything, down the street on 4th St there are several restaurants to chose from, come and see for yourselves.
