Thank you for your review. We are always glad to hear that our guests enjoyed their stay.
We have a couple different sized properties at different price points on the same site. We are glad we can meet the needs and budgets of a variety of travelers.
Meticulously clean and comfortable....exactly what you need...owner has thought of comfort from the selection of teas to extra toothbrushes with the tiniest tube of toothpaste..Highly recommend...great location...minutes away from Sawmill and always fun to walk around the old city.
This cozy casita in OldTown Albuquerque was very clean and accommodating.Emily, the host was very hospitable. She operates the Kokopelli Cafe next door and she prepares very tasty dishes.Once we settled in, the location was very convenient for a three night stay in the Albuquerque area. The glider on the patio was a wonderful spot to relax. Thanks to Emily for a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again.
Lovely, charming, cozy, well cared for and beautifully appointed. Had everything one could need and more. Wonderful host. Excellent location and parking. Great value. Will return.
This was exactly what we needed (and more) for our stay in Albuquerque. Not only was everything exactly as described, but the hosts were also very welcoming and helpful. Whenever we had any questions about the area, they were happy to point us in the right direction. Being right in Old Town, the location is amazing. We highly recommend this casita.

Very clean. Great location. Host very responsive. Loved being in Old Town. Would stay here again.
We contacted host upon arrival for instruction about location and entering the casita. She arrived immediately and apologized for the delay in sending the info. The casita is charming and in a great location and we enjoyed staying there.
Good parking. Cool air conditioning. Very quiet bedroom. Small and kinda tight but everything was provided within the space. The LOCATION CANNOT BE BETTER. If you want old town this is it!
Everything was great but the Parking in TIGHT. This isn't really the hosts fault since the property is in Old Town and they didn't have huge cars 300 years ago, I drive a Subaru Uncharted which is about the same size as the Crosstrek and it has 360 camera view and overhead view parking assist. That was a life saver. As for the property, it's basically feet from the famous candy store that I somehow was clueless about, probably because I don't watch television, but my party brought me up to speed. This is great base for exploring the area or for visiting family. A bed, a shower, and a fridge and microwave is perfect if you're like me and hate lolligagging about in a hotel when the world is waiting. Has two twin beds and small sofa so probably not a romantic getaway, but it's central to everything, reasonably priced, and the host is friendly. The dogs are too. They always said hello from the upstairs deck, but never came to visit. I'd definitely stay there again.
Loved the secure parking and the easy walk to Old Town. The bathroom was nice, and it truly felt like a cozy casita—my son especially loved it. The AC worked perfectly. One suggestion would be to remove the vanity desk and add another single chair instead or upgrading the loveseat.
It was truly in Old Town. Walking distance to everything. Warm and comfortable, Perfect for one person, probably great for a young couple. The covered patio would be great in the summer. Host was great at communicating, and the price was right.
What an absolutely cool location! The place was quite clean and cozy. It’s small, but it was just fine for our needs, and my wife and I would seek this place out again if we visited just based on the location alone. Walking distance from all the ABQ museums and all of old town! Even with the proximity to touristy attractions, parking was easy and it was incredibly simple to get in and out of. The hosts were wonderful and very communicative. Loved this place!
This is an excellent location right in Old Town with plenty of shops and restaurants in the surrounding few blocks. The space is compact, but comfortable. I appreciated the basket of snacks and selection of tea and coffee to get me started. I especially enjoyed having my morning coffee on the patio watching the sunrise and hot-air balloons. The host was very responsive and helpful. My only negative experience was that there was a leak in the bathroom before my (very late) arrival and so I ended up needing to dry the floor at 1am before getting settled. The host apologized and the towels and rugs were picked up and laundered promptly the next morning. I would happily stay again.
