Cozy, bright and welcoming, this ocean block house in Brant beach is just 7 houses to the beach. Conveniently located just 1 block to Brant Beach Yacht Club, and a short walk or bike ride to Bayview beach where you can enjoy pickle ball courts, basketball, a dog park, try out paddle boarding or kayaking, enjoy fire pit Friday’s on the beach, and tiki bar and music on Sundays. New mini split A/C, pavers in the side and rear yard as well as fencing for privacy. New front deck and 3/4 bath off of upstairs master bedroom. Open kitchens and new granite countertops. Kitchens are fully stocked with new pots, pans, dishes, glasses, keurigs, and so much more. All new furniture, new bedding, new smart televisions in bedrooms and living areas in 2021. Weber grills. 5 beach badges included per rental (10 for whole house). Washer and Dryer in each unit for convenience. New fireplace in fall 2021, perfect for those fall weekends.
