Soak up some sun at the newly-renovated on-property pool or have yourself a relaxing beach day immediately across the street in the golden sands of NSB–next to the 27th Ave Beachfront Park. Recreate your favorite meals seaside in the updated, fully-equipped stainless steel kitchen. Your pied-à-terre in one of Florida's best kept secrets awaits!

24 hour audio and video surveillance is present in all public areas of the building including entrances and the pool. Devices will be on.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.

Parking:
One (1) dedicated on-site parking space is available. One (1) free additional guest parking space may also be available on a first come, first served basis and is therefore not guaranteed. All parking is uncovered and requires the provided parking passes to be displayed at all times on vehicle or be subject to tow at vehicle owner's expense. Two (2) total parking passes are provided. Lost/stolen/damaged parking passes incur $50 USD replacement fee per pass. RV's, trailers or oversized trucks of any kind are not permitted on premises.

The condo was super cute, had all the necessary items, however the moment we opened the door and stepped inside, we were hit with a strong odor of mold. Fortunately the weather was on the cool side and we were able to keep the slider open while on the premises. For this reason we will not rent this particular unit again, hence the 3 star rating. We have friends in the area and the location was perfect. We won’t hesitate to reach out to Fun Coast Rentals in the future for other units in the area.

Hi, Lianne! Thanks for your review. We’re a little puzzled that you hadn’t reached out to us at all during your stay regarding the mold smell. If you had, we would’ve been happy to fix the issue immediately or offer an alternative accommodation for you. Furthermore, we just went ahead and did a mold test in the unit to be sure we didn’t have any issues and it all came back negative. Glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise!

Amazing stay here! The property is in excellent condition and clearly recently remodeled with beautiful furniture and fixtures throughout. The bathroom was the real standout with its beautiful walk in shower with river stone floor. Even the bedding and towels are from premium brands! The bed is comfortable for what it is and we had no trouble getting good sleep, though it is limited by its design as a fold up bed so we found it quite soft. The TV is on an arm so with careful adjustment you can watch from the bed or couch easily! The host provides amenities and consumables well beyond anything I’ve experienced before, you don’t know how life saving it is until you need it but just about anything you may have forgotten is probably provided in some way which we really appreciated even if we didn’t need most of it. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to get started cooking (though spices were basic and of all things they did not provide a measuring cup), quick trip to the store and we had ourselves the option to eat-in which came in handy a few times despite mostly dining at the amazing restaurants in the area. The location is great with an excellent view over the 27th Ave park to the ocean, very quick and easy walk to the beach, and the complex’s shower station is right by the stairs to the unit so washing off the sand is super convenient. Overall an amazing stay at a great property, hope to return again at some point!

Great accomodations and location

Everything was as described.Only suggestion is to have written instruction in the use of the HVAC. It was not obvious from the displayed symbols. Even the technician was confused.
