The development itself is conveniently located among popular sites, such as Holden Beach, Novant Brunswick Hospital, etc. Staying at this condo also means access to a pool, fitness center, 2 marinas, a river house, and a clubhouse on Holden Beach with a huge wooden deck and big rocking chairs looking over the ocean... Can't beat that!
