Fabulous accommodations. It’s an easy 25 minute walk to Liberty Bridge. We walked back at 10 or 11pm and felt perfectly safe. Highly recommend staying here.

This was a pleasant tri-plex. However it’s off a major road and there is a ton of street noise. The home was comfortable and clean.
Cute place. Interesting neighborhood. Close enough to the event I was attending to walk and avoid parking fees.

This could be a lovely place
The unit was difficult for us to locate, we were coming to Greenville for the first time, for family business via two very long flights, from the West Coast. The slope of the parking lot made access to our vehicle, unloading groceries, more taxing, we're middle aged, and a heat wave didn't help. The parking lot is adjacent to a property that houses junk vehicles, and is parallel to the local detention center. So as a West Coast lady looking for a proper Southern "welcome", this wasn't. We settled into this small loft apartment, and experienced minor issues (sink clogged in bathroom and noise from tenants below/traffic outside bedroom) that made our stay/adjusting to the time change and climate more difficult. With some cosmetic improvements inside (carpet badly stained near kitchen) and landscaping in the parking lot, this property will live up to its potential. Ok for one person staying 2-3 days if they are familiar with the area.
