For entertainment, the cabin is equipped with an arcade machine, providing hours of nostalgic fun for guests of all ages. Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash dishes and leave on drying rack.

Turn down water heater to vacation and turn off water.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am (this is through the county). The home is located in a residential neighborhood. We charge a $500 fee for noise complaint.
Please check local weather conditions. During winter months chains maybe required and enforced. We do not refund for weather conditions.
Please cover hot tub when not in use. Any excessive misuse (no soaps, dyes, glass, bubble bath, etc.) of the hot tub will be charged $300 fee.
