Right on the beach, how can you top that. We had a great time during our stay. A spectacular family place. Well equipped, large rooms, roomy enough for the 6 of us and 2 small children. We are considering making this an annual vacation spot. I highly recommend.

A great stay with a fantastic view. The parking garage was awesome and my Chevy suburban fit just fine!Very clean property, a little outdated but the view more than made up for that.Just a minor thing, but no AC. Not an issue as the temperature wasn’t too hot.

This place was the best VRBO I’ve stayed at in terms of being exactly what was advertised. Plus, the knives were sharp, a wonderful bonus! Location is fantastic. The beach is out the front door. The bay a couple blocks away. A grocery store and mini mart within walking distance. The airport is a 20 Uber ride. The outdoor space is plentiful, with every room (except the bunk room) having a balcony. We had a wonderful experience here and I would definitely recommend this property.

Mostly good except for a initial hiccup. The owner had just changed property management which resulted in the space not being cleaned at arrival. That said, the new PM responded quickly and had the cleaner (Laura, who was great) there within a couple of hours while we were at dinner, who then came back the next day to finish. The PM was also very responsive in sending a handyman to repair the pocket bathroom door and window latch. Other than that, all was good. Great location on the Ocean Walkway/beach. Lots of activity and 10-15 min walk to many restaurants and bars. Can get a bit noisy during the day and early evening with passing boom boxes. Didn’t bother us though. No a/c, but airflow through the open sliding doors/windows and ceiling fans kept us cool (even at 80-90 degree heat and high humidity). PM did warn us that the 2nd garage stall was small, which is correct (1st stall was fine for a full size car). Maybe a subcompact car or smaller would fit. There is some street parking but you will need to look a bit, or park out by the yacht club which is about a 20 min walk - minor inconvenience. Overall a great place for a family vacation. We will go back.

Fun Spring Break Stay!

We loved this house and we'd rent it again! Perfect for our family with lots of space to gather and such a beautiful view of the beach! Only minor downside was the barking dogs at 6:30 in the morning staying in the unit downstairs.

Fun in the sun by the sea

Loved it! Gorgeous property. Loved the ease of the parking on site in the garage. Great sand and ocean toys like boogie boards. Spacious and stress free. Thanks we’ll be back!

Excellent location, walking distance to shops and restaurants, beautiful beachfront!! Unit was well equipped/stocked and exactly as described. Highly recommended and would definitely recommend during the cooler season.
