!!!NEW RENTAL!!! Looking for the perfect beach vacation, with a heated pool, hot tub, and beach access all just steps from your patio door? This ground floor unit offers all this plus more! No wait time on elevators and parking is only a few feet from your front door! In the beautifully decorated master bedroom, there is a king bed, TV, private entrance to the patio, and en-suite bathroom, with a jetted tub/shower combo. Down the hall is the guest bedroom with 2 full beds and the hall bathroom, with tub/shower combo as well. Enjoy relaxing in the spacious living area where there is ample seating for you and your guests to watch TV or take advantage of the beachfront patio, and listen to the waves roll. Whether you want to make a homecooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and cookware needed, or order something to go and bring back, everyone can gather around the 6 seated dining room table, as well as 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar. Sandy Key has an array of amenities for the family to enjoy such as the tennis/pickleball court (paddles/rackets and balls can be rented in the front office), fitness center, 2 pools, hot tub, and 800 ft of private beach. There are also grills located between each tower for guests to utilize. All units are equipped with cable, WiFi, and full-size washer and dryers. Please no smoking or pets on property.

We want to sincerely apologize for the mosquito (aka midges) issue. We have had pest control out for all of our ground floor units as we are not sure what attracted them or how they entered the condo. They did a "full kill treatment" and it has worked wonders! We truly hope this does not hinder your decision to stay with us again, and please let our on-site office know immediately of any issues, our goal is to make your beach vacation the best!
