This 4 br (7 beds) / 3.5 bath is in a perfect location for all-seasons fun. Located on Grand Elk Golf course, only 3 miles to Granby Ranch skiing, and 20 miles to Winter Park skiing. It is surrounded by mountains and streams that are perfect for hiking & fishing and a quick trip to Rocky Mountain National Park!

Garage parking for two cars with additional parking available as needed.

Fully stocked kitchen, private patio with hot tub, and amazing views!



The Space:

This is the same great townhouse that has been on Airbnb, but it is under new ownership and we couldn't take the wonderful reviews with us. We will continue the high level of amenities and service you are used to.



With this rental, you have a private hot tub with golf course and mountain views right off your own second floor balcony! There is also a grill and table and chairs for you to enjoy private entertaining. The country club for golfing and eating is within walking distance.



The kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of plates and flatware as well as glasses, wine and spirit glasses, steak knives, and plenty of cooking and serving utensils. Games are included in the kitchen pantry.



Although there are many things to do, from skiing to ziplining, golfing to hiking, mountain biking, and the list goes on, the beauty of Granby is that it is such a therapeutic place. The hustle and bustle of most tourist towns is replaced with small town feel and views that are serene and breathtaking! There are several area golf courses. Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain Lake and Grand Lake are only a few miles away. You can hike, fish, snowmobile in the winter and take a pontoon boat tour on Grand Lake in the summer.

Go short distances for a lot to do, or stay planted in Granby and relax.

Wireless internet and streaming TV and movies is included.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to everything short of a couple of locked closets for personal and cleaning supplies. The entire townhouse is private.



The Neighborhood:

The house has a greenside view of hole 6 with mountain views in nearly every direction. This is a new development with new construction happening around us and many other places in this growing mountain town. The secret of Granby is starting to get out on how beautiful and accessible this mountain town is. This is bringing in great restaurants and shops all over town in addition to the "hometown feel" of Granby!



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle will probably be most convenient as Uber is not always available in Granby. There is a gorgeous train ride from Denver to the town of Granby as well! The house has garage parking and a ski locker in the garage for your car and toys.
