We have lived in Yorba Linda near Travis Ranch for years. We purchased this single-story second home for our future retirement use for a number of reasons.
Why they chose this property
Yorba Linda is called "The land of gracious living" for good reason. It is a safe and very peaceful community, which appealed to us. The fact that the home is two minutes from a Von's Market, a CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks, and several restaurants and convenience shops is a plus. In addition, we also love the delightful one-mile walk around the Village Lake.
What makes this property unique
My wife and I appreciate the pride of ownership throughout the community and like the home's spacious (10,400 sq. ft.) lot, which is well away from noisy traffic. The floor plan is perfect and the tranquil garden and patio are a wonderful place to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning or to savor a golden sunset in the evening.
