Tiki House

Nice place, great location to the beach. Very clean inside, not so much outside. Appliances could use updating. Great place if you have a dog.

We had a wonderful stay at this home—plenty of space for our group of 11! Our four grandchildren especially loved the bunk beds, which added a fun touch to their stay. The interior was nicely appointed and comfortable, making it easy to settle in and relax.While the kitchen cabinets could use a bit of TLC (as of this writing), it didn’t impact our overall experience. We didn’t end up using the pool, as we spent our days enjoying the beach, which is just a short walk away. If you're bringing a lot of gear, a wagon will definitely come in handy. This was our first time visiting Sandbridge Beach, and it was a great introduction—we’re already thinking about coming back!

Whirlpool tub does not work, freezer door on frig in kitchen will not open, bunk beds had metal bars falling off could not use. Told us to bring cups and had not pot to make them in.

Spider Infestation

My family stayed at Tiki and for the most part was a decent experience. We arrived after 5 pm and the cleaning crew was still at the property. There were areas of the house that were ok, e.g. bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen. The common areas need attention. There were dog hairs from prior guests. Dust on floors and some furnitures. We encountered two beds in the room with bunkbeds with yellow stained sheets. Spiders were in the home but the horror was outside. Patios and balconies were infested. Patio furnitures and pool furnitures were riddled with cobwebs. The property management sent out an individual to power wash the outside areas and afterwards, the place was quite nice and we enjoyed using the grill and pool, but the spiders returned with a vengence. Exterminators are needed desperately.One suggestion to consider is provide more trash and recycle bins. When we arrived, both bins were full. Trash was collected the Tuesday after we arrived and the recycle bin stayed full during our entire stay since it is collected alternating Tuesdays.Overall, our family enjoyed our stay. Tiki is a nice home but requires a bit more TLC. With a lot more thorough cleaning and regular exterminator visits, it could be a fabulous property.
