It was a pleasure to stay here. It is a lovely property in a great location. It has all the facilities you will need. Luca was a very helpful host and made the check in easy for us when we arrived early.

We had the pleasure of staying here again this year. Everything was perfect. The apartment is spacious, clean and beautifully located in Oltrarno in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything that makes Firenze so special and unique. The host is attentive and easily available by phone for any question. The master bedroom is quite large and the residence is very comfortable. The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in. The location provides for easy taxi access and several local bus lines are only steps away. The local vibe is calmer than the tourist centers and yet within a 10 minute walk you are in the heart of the historic center. A great place to stay!

Great location! The other side of the river was quieter, but still not too far from the tourist attractions. We walked everywhere. There were some great restaurants nearby. The apartment was spacious, the wifi worked well. We used the washer/dryer successfully. Our host was responsive.

A quiet location on my steps away from the Centro storico...very easy to access...city transportation on the corner...it was wonderful to be able to cross a bridge, either Ponte Grazie or Ponte Vecchio and within a 10 minute walk all of the iconic spots were reachable. Luca was accessible at all times to answer questions that arose. I would 100% stay there again. The apartment was comfortable and clean and quiet and spacious.
