It has three large window wich provide natural light, all double glazed, with noise reduction treatment and mosquito screens.
Grocers, supermaket and a large range of typical Tuscan restaurants are all just stone through away.

Check was super easy. Perfect apartment for our six days in Florence. And a great part of town with excellent restaurants. Half a block from Santa Croce, yet quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed small but perfectly adequate kitchen. It was nice to have a washing machine as well. Highly recommend.

Old world charm steps from the Piazza of Santa Croce, we loved this accommodation! Clean, quiet and cool, and with the modern conveniences. A cute little kitchen if you want to cook but we just used it for coffee and breakfast. We needed that washing machine after a week of traveling! The location was easy to find and within walking distance of all the big attractions. The check-in was quite easy and the host was very gracious. A welcome retreat each day from the busy streets but so easy to pop down the stairs to pick up anything you need. (no elevator but only one floor up) Highly recommended!

Cutest little apartment that is close to all the best museums and incredible restaurants. Taxi stand, only steps into the square, makes transportation easy. Host very accommodating and helpful with directions if needed. Exceptionally clean with nice accommodations.

This apartment is ideally located very close to one of the oldest and most beautiful piazzas in Florence and is within a 10/15 min. walk to the city center. The apartment is delightful, well-kept and equipped with everything you can need for a short or medium stay, as was my case. I absolutely fell in love with the silence and comfort of the place. The assistance provided by the host was valuable and punctual and the owners were always gracious to suggest restaurants and special places to visit. I hope to come back soon and to enjoy this gem of a place. I absolutely recommend it.

Check in was a breeze. I was met at the apartment and the appliances were explained to us. Cozy apartment close to everything. Only used the Uber to arrive and to get to the train station. Manager stayed in constant communication before and during the entire stay.I would definitely stay here again.

We were given a lovely welcome with a tour of the apartment that suited our needs perfectly as a couple. Our host was very gracious and helpful with local recommendations for restaurants. There are so many drink/food/shopping options nearby, and we found it very convenient that we could go back to the apartment midday for a break without losing time at all. The two things that were missed during the tour: 1.The AC was operated by remotes that we happened to find on the third day of our stay(not by the thermostat on the wall), so our first two nights were quite warm. 2. We did not have hot water until we figured out on the second day that hot water was operated by the wall mounted thermostat and a setting had not been turned on. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay, would stay again, and would very highly recommend to others! On our last day, the host was helpful in allowing me to leave a piece of luggage behind that was completely broken by the airlines and unusable. There is no way to dispose of things like that in the city, so I truly appreciate the help we received for this. 5 stars!

Hello Stacia I appreciate your review, Grazie! What happened with heating/air-cond. is unclear to me. Unless you use the wall thermostat to turn it off, the hot water is constantly on by default. The living room and bedroom remote controllers, not the wall thermostat, are used to operate the air conditioning units. Since we are available to assist, we always encourage visitors to report any problems they encounter while visiting. Guests comfort is our paramount, therefore it's unfortunate that you didn't let us know. We could have easily checked on that for you. Hope to host you again in the near future. Ciao
