About this property

Pickwick Places 201 MSU/Rountree

Your staying in 201, the apartment located at the front of our building overlooking Pickwick Avenue. Nestled above a quiet retail boutique this unit is beautiful and features a large marble kitchen counter, full sized appliances, and outdoor seating on deck that is shared with our other guests. Downstairs our brick paver patio is also available and is the perfect place to share a cup of coffee or evening cocktail from our the on-site shop while visiting with locals. 



No cleaning fee - one simple price. 



A two-bedroom, full kitchen suite for the price of a hotel room.



There are two apartments in our buildings, 201 and 202. We offer both for short term stays so you don't have to worry about long term residents or feeling out of place. 



We can provide a pack and play for small ones upon request when you book. 

Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
