A new water heater and anode rod were installed prior to the guest arrival. The lines were thoroughly sanitized by the installer. Unknowingly, it was apparent the plumber failed to clear the lines before leaving the residence. The chlorine smell was eradicated through running the hot water for a few minutes. Unfortunately, the guest had the misfortune of discovering the plumber's omission. The problem has been eliminated within a few moments. The guest was super and we would love to have her back.

No air conditioning, no extra toilet paper, no garbage bags, no wash cloths! Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. We requested a refund, but are not expecting the owner to see our side of a bad vrbo experience!! We do not recommend this rental!
