The location was great, so close to everything. It was well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very clean. Communication regarding our visit was excellent. We had all the information we needed. There were a lot of thoughtful details too that were unexpected. Great stay! I would absolutely stay here again if we’re fortunate enough to come back to the area.

Older home not a palace but clean and comfortable. Great views and the perfect base to explore all Sedona has to offer. Check in was a breeze. Love it! Would book again. Incredible value for Sedona.

The house was very clean and had large picture windows with a great view. I enjoyed having access to several trails within an easy walk. We spent 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

We had a wonderful time in Sedona. This place was very quiet and not on the congested main strip. Yet you could walk to many places; community park, brewery, restaurants and shops.Very comfortable, spacious place.Sunsets were beautiful from the deck. Host communicated right away when we asked a question.

The house was just what we needed for a long weekend! A bonus point is the view from the living room. When the sun is coming up and hits the red rocks-makes the morning coffee good! The house was clean and well-stocked. A must-stay if you are visiting Sedona and have a dog. There is also a large dog bed in the living room for dogs to use (my tiny 6 pound Chihuahua looked so tiny on it!). Would definitely come again!

The host was very good to respond to messages, the home was nice, (could use some upgrades), kitchen could be better stocked, ex. no can opener, potato peeler, the bed was comfortable, the views were great. Overall, it was a good experience.

Pet friendly- nice neighborhood to walk the dog. Trail access to the airport loop a block away. House dated (old cabinets, fixtures etc) but kept clean. Lighting inside was poor for doing puzzles, reading. but not a big deal. Parking was good for our oversized van. Good hot water pressure (this is key for us!) Open floor plan was very spacious and welcoming. Close to shopping/restaurants. Comfortable bed and bedding. Had all the amenities we needed. Had little communication with host - all done online.

Property is in a great location. View from property was not up to expectations, trees blocking view. Could use general updating, especially deck and closets/drawers. No storage for clothing, be prepared to live out of your suitcase. Plenty of towels but only 3 wash cloths. Hand soaps, body wash, shampoo, dish and laundry soaps, paper towels and toilet paper well supplied. Some reviews say driveway is too steep, we disagree with that. Smoke alarm supplied. We didn't use outside grill, needs cleaning. Overall we were satisfied with the value and enjoyed our stay. Again, location was excellent.
