This desert oasis is a newly renovated home on 5 acres, featuring a fenced in yard,
stunning mountain views, complete privacy from neighbors and fruiting olive and
pomegranate trees along the driveway. Conveniently located between Joshua Tree and
Palm Springs, you can explore Joshua Tree National Park by day and enjoy Palm
Springs nightlife by night. Inside, you'll find an open layout with 2 bedrooms, 2
bathrooms, a dining area, several lounge and work areas and a spacious kitchen, and you'll enjoy breathtaking mountain views all around, ensuring complete
privacy from neighbors. Inside, we have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each with their own ensuite bathrooms.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure HVAC and swamp cooler are off,
Leave kitchen light at back door with the sticker on it in the on position.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
FIRM cancellation policy. 6 person/car max occupancy, 2 cars can park inside gated area, 4 outside gated area, DO NOT DRIVE PAST THE GARAGE.
There must be at least one person that’s 25 years old or older to book and they must stay. Loud groups, events, and parties are not permitted
Any violation of house rules can result in a fine, up to $500 charge per violation.

We had a great time. Our host Helene was amazing. She was so helpful with recommendations on places to visit and restaurants to eat in the area. I would definitely recommend staying in her cozy place.

Mt. San Jacinto in your backyard desert retreat

This home was just right. Plenty of space, the host thought of every amenity one might need and the fenced yard was a key feature since we had our dog with us. We loved waking up to beautiful views and the beds were very comfortable. It was a 20 minute drive into Palm Springs, so we had the best of both worlds - privacy and a short commute.

This very private yet also very accessible property has views from every room. It is open, spacious, cool, comfortable, chic, and easy to live in. The outdoor spaces are plentiful, great BBQ.

What makes this property unique

The fruiting olives and pomegranates. I harvest and cure the olives, and they are delicious! The uncluttered open floorplan, and the serene, calm vibe and clarity of light and being people get when they visit and stay!
