Very nice home. Everything was clean, the pool was beautiful, and the house was well layed out. We would have stayed longer had it been available for a longer period. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! All the necessities were provided for a quick weekend trip. Including beach chairs and pool towels. Neighborhood was quiet and not far from the beach or St Augustine. I would definitely book this stay again for a family trip.

The house was very nice and a great set up for my family. I appreciated the beach towels for the pool and there was an iron (not listed) for us to use. My kids loved the pool and the fire pit. The neighborhood was fairly quiet except some nearby construction on our last day.There was quite a bit of dog hair on your ground out on the lanai, but mostly along the house side and in the corners. Also there was no shampoo or liquid hand soap anywhere, just tiny bars of soap in plastic left in the bathrooms which felt like a hotel. My only real complaint about my stay is that I received so many emails from property management in the weeks leading up to my stay that I almost missed a form that needed signed before check in (even though I had already signed a few when I initially booked it). That was bit tedious and excessive. But luckily they did stop after check in.
