This phenomenal house in Maricopa boasts 3 king bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a bathtub, and an additional office space with a futon. Primary bath newly remodeled and includes a walk-in shower. Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, a laundry room, 2 bikes (one an e-bike) outdoor cabana and two community pools (one heated and open year round), a fitness room, tennis/pickleball and basketball courts and disc golf. Home is walking distance to many restaurants, grocery and retail stores. This excellent home is the perfect retreat for your trip, whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a productive workcation.
