This Maricopa house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 full bed along with 2 full baths and an office space with a pull out sofa.The cozy living space is perfect for guests looking for a serene retreat. With amenities like heating, AC, a hairdryer, and an iron, your stay will be as pleasant as can be. We also offer a large blackstone grill for cook outs and entertaining. If its a quick breakfast you like we have provided options like yogurt, breakfast cereals and oatmeal for a no hassle breakfast. This is a brand new home with brand new furnishings for you to be able to relax in comfort and style. The home has never been smoked in or had any pets in so it is in pristine condition. This home is located just across the street from the Copper Sky recreation center which offers a variety of amenities including multiple pools that include lap pools and water slides along with a stocked pond for fishing and paddle boat rentals. It also boast a state of the art fitness center and basketball courts . The home is also located a short mile and half away from the Ak- Chin casino where you can gamble, visit the movie theater, go bowling or simply enjoy the upscale steakhouse inside the casino. This beautiful home is also in a prime location for all the shops and restaurants that Maricopa has to offer including wal- mart just 3 miles away.

Extremely clean. Was very happy about the location. Just a couple issues. The coffee Keurig didn't work. No way to make coffee. Nothing for washing dishes like sponge in sink, No Kleenex in master bath or hand soap. T.V had just limited channels. Just need a couple improvements but do recommend for staying. Probably could be a little cheaper since there are so many places to stay now in that location.

Good morning Greg, I am sorry that the coffee maker did not work, no one has notified me that it was out until I read your review. I wish you would have contacted me and I would have had another one delivered. As for the kleenex and hand soap, I am sorry but I do appreciate you letting me know in your review, my cleaning people are supposed to notify me and add that stuff as it runs out. I will get that taken care of. Thanks and I hope you will choose our home again.

I am hosting this home that I love in hopes that others will get to enjoy it and beautiful Arizona when I am not. I think it's a beautiful home and I know others will enjoy the home and area as much as I do.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly with parks very near to my home for my grandbabies to play in, along with pools and waterslides just across the street for the young and old alike to enjoy, it's the perfect mix of relaxation or fun which ever you have a craving for each day. It's the perfect place in my opinion.
