We invite you to unwind at our rustic family cabin at Grateful Cove, Lake Martin. Situated on 26 wooded acres, this 4-bedroom, 2 bath house beckons you to relaxation!

Perfect for families or small group of friends, the cabin is right on the water in a quiet cove but close to the main channel. Two piers are available for fishing, swimming and boat parking. The property includes a shared sports court with pickleball and basketball. Stocked with foosball and games for rainy summer afternoons.

Located in Eclectic, we are a perfect location for wedding guests, fishing tournaments, or those attending fun local events!

Overall experience was okay. Lacks adequate trash disposal for week long stays. Home is older and could use a little work. Really needs pest control as thd ants was bad in the yard and on the docks. Enforcing a quiet hour at 10:00 pm on a holiday week like the 4th is not great either. Overal just felt very restricted.

It appears the number of guests exceeded the house rules, which contributed to more trash than our five garbage bins could accommodate. We kindly ask all guests to observe these limits to help us maintain a clean and welcoming space for everyone. Regarding the home itself, we understand you were expecting something newer. We do our best to represent the property accurately in the listing, highlighting its character as a warm, well-loved, and family-friendly cabin. We absolutely agree that the Fourth of July is a special time to celebrate. That said, since July 3rd was a weeknight, we aimed to respect the quiet hours outlined in the house rules, in consideration of our neighbors.
