The master suite occupies one side of the house and overlooks the pool, spa, lanai, and lake with private and secure access. Equipped with a king-sized bed with luxury linens, one walk-in closet, and an oversized bathroom with a soaking tub, a tiled walk-in shower, and a separate water closet. Luxury spa robes.



On the opposite side of the house is the front bedroom it’s own hallway with a king-size bed, and a full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower. It’s equipped with a dresser and an HD Smart TV



The Lanai Bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and is equipped with an HD Smart TV. This gorgeous bedroom overlooks the pool, spa, lanai, and lake view with its own private secure access.



The Kids' Bedroom is complete with matching Bunk Beds with Trundles, a tall dresser, and a writing desk. HD Smart TV



The Lanai Bedroom and Kids Bedroom share a bathroom and their own private walk-in shower.



The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.



The bedrooms have luxury blackout curtains and/or plantation blinds for a peaceful sleep. Sound machines and new HD Smart TV’s.



The Family Room is equipped with a 75” HD Smart TV with a Bose Sound System.



The kitchen is equipped for your cooking and dining needs and has a dining table that seats 8 and a breakfast nook table seating 4. Seating at the kitchen bar as well!

951 Tivoli is located on a dead-end street; no through traffic makes for a nice and quiet stay!



We do not rent to anyone who resides within the State of Florida.



We do not allow any visitors and/or gatherings whatsoever.



This is a gated community; you must complete the HOA Form for gate access during your stay.

For air travel, Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers is approximately a forty five minute drive from the property. Please note that parking is available on the premises for your convenience, though garage access is not provided for guests.
