This property was spacious, tastefully decorated, and immaculate! We enjoyed the pools, sunrise walks on the beach, listening to the ocean waves at night, and touring St. Augustine. I cannot recommend this property enough! We will be back!

We loved every moment of our stay in this beautiful and comfortable home! Mornings were spent with fresh coffee enjoying the sunrise over the Atlantic, and evenings strolling along the beach. The pool and hot tub was inviting as well! The home was impeccably clean, the bedrooms spacious, and the beds comfortable. Our lovely hosts provided plenty of snacks and breakfast items for us to enjoy, which was so appreciated. What a gem in St. Augustine!

Everyhting was well stocked from kitchen plates/pots to extra towels and blankets to beach chairs and umbrellas for guest use! We loved close access to the beach and being able to walk directly from beach to back patio- made for tracking less sand in the condo! Landlords are super responsive and local!

If you’re deciding between condos like I was, choose this one—you won’t regret it.The unit is perfectly situated on the ground floor, offering easy access to the pool while still maintaining a beautiful ocean view. The complex itself is well-maintained, secure, and was exceptionally quiet and peaceful during our stay.What truly sets this condo apart is the thoughtfulness and care the owners have put into making it a seamless, stress-free experience. Everything you could possibly need is already there. For the beach, they provide high-quality chairs and an umbrella. Even though we didn’t travel with children, it was clear families are well considered too—there were child-sized chairs, toys, and even a kite.Inside, the condo is stocked like a true home away from home. Kitchen, bathroom, and laundry supplies are all provided, which makes a big difference. A particularly nice touch was the bathroom basket filled with thoughtful extras. We were also greeted with a basket of snacks waiting for us upon arrival, which was such a warm and welcoming touch.The host was incredibly easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to accommodate us. When I inquired before arrival about furniture for a baby, they promptly brought over a pack and play along with sheets for my grandson, which we really appreciated.Overall, this was one of the most comfortable and well-prepared rentals I’ve stayed in. If you’re on the fence, book it—you’ll be very happy you did..
