Family owned condo, please be respectful of noise at all times with a zero party tolerance. Quiet hours are 10PM - 7AM. No smoking or vaping in unit.
Exterior security RING doorbell in use and does not infringe upon your privacy. NO tampering with locks, wifi or camera, as may result in eviction.

We live in Georgia, but frequent our condo and feel like it's a gem in Gulf Shores! We love sharing our second home with guests who want a get-away from the stresses of life. We appreciate those who treat our condo like their own home; with care and the ability to relax and unwind. Please text should you need anything! There are board members who live onsite and keep a close eye on the property for your safety.

Why they chose this property

We love the proximity to the beach, the restaurant/store/ice cream shop next door! You don't even need a vehicle after arriving. We also enjoy the small complex of only 15 units at The Village. Its never loud or too crowded.

What makes this property unique

The size and location. We are close to everything, but have peace and quiet because we are just outside the crowds of Gulf Shores. Our beaches are more easily accessible and the streets are walkable.
