Spacious 4 bedroom Home with 2.5 bath 2 dinning areas, 2 living areas, and fully stocked kitchen . Comfortable beds! Easy Access to I-10, shopping centers, and restaurants. New Refrigerated cooling system. Wonderful mountain views , great neighborhood, trail walks close by.
The space
This Colonial Home is the perfect 4 bedroom home! The House is located in a wonderful neighborhood on the Franklin Mountains. Master Bathroom includes a jetted tub and modern shower. Charming home with hardwood floors and cappella wood ceilings in the breakfast area. All bedrooms are upstairs and home includes a fully stocked kitchen and a laundry room . Refreshing volleyball pool. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, linens included. Also included, is a basket filled with goodies and necessary items you might have forgotten to pack.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire house. The garage is the only part of the house that is not included.
Other things to note
Pool is not heated.

If you plan to have more than 8 guest please notify the host we will make some modifications if possible.
