Great location! Parking was a little confusing, but the host was responsive and helped. Chinatown L station only .6 miles. Plenty of room in condo, clean, well stocked. Safe neighborhood good restaurants. We would stay again!

The location is convenient but I would not choose stay at this VRBO again. One of the folding closet doors was off its track and not possible to fix. One of the hair dryers did not work at all. The overall decor is on the dark and dingy side - so not conducive to hanging out as a family after a full day of activity.

We received really quick and great communication from host before, during and after trip. All questions were answered within minutes - super responsive! Property was easy to find, check-in was simple and room was great. Location was actually very quiet and we really enjoyed it. Location is super close to Shedd aquarium and other downtown areas we wanted to visit with very short drives. We opted for paying for garage parking and got a nice spot in the garage underneath that was easy to access. No problems or complaints - all was exactly as described.

We had a great stay overall. Easy check in. I felt very secure with a locked building entrance and staff in the lobby. The host was very communicative and helpful. There is lots to do in the area within walking distance or a short trip on public transportation/ride share. No vehicle needed. There was an awesome roof top bar, Vu Rooftop, a couple blocks away that had great drinks and amazing views. We ate at Brúlée, a restaurant right next door to the VRBO, for breakfast, and it was soooo good. We slept well on the comfortable beds. This was a nice place to crash at after Lollapalooza. The lobby staff secured our luggage for us while we went and ate after check out, so that was really nice. The only thing I would recommend is a deep clean. The main surfaces were okay, but the walls and light switches made it feel a little dirty and there weren't many cleaning supplies. We walked to Walgreens in China Town and got some Clorox wipes. Other than that, everything was great and we enjoyed our time here.

Everything about this stay was great! The host was very quick with communication and provided very clear details for check-in. The price for the location is also hard to beat, it was a quick walk to the subway to get to all of the museums. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!
