We had a wonderful stay at this condo in the Prominence community on 30A! The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the pool and right across the road to the Big Chill. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We are lifetime residents of New Orleans, affectionately known as "The Big Easy". We love the 30A beach community area so we decided to bring some of our "Big Easy" to our beach escape on 30A.

Why they chose this property

Prominence is conveniently located between Seaside (20 min bike ride) to the west and Rosemary Beach (20 min bike ride to the east). Prominence also has the community centerpiece "The Big Chill" formerly known as "The Hub" and includes large outdoor TV as well as numerous TV's throughout in order to enjoy sports of all types. There are several shops and quick food and drink establishments as well.
