Peaceful Pines is a first floor end unit featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms just steps from the Saco River.
Whether you're here to relax and enjoy the beautiful property and the amenities it offers or ready to explore the year round activities the White Mountains region boasts, our goal is to provide you with all the comforts of home.

Located in Center Conway, NH with direct access to the Saco River and close to Story Land, Santa's Village, skiing, shopping, hiking, and so much more.

We have a Blink doorbell and security cameras above the front door as well as rear patio door for the owners and renters safety.

New furniture throughout entire condo.

Master bedroom has a king bed with a hybrid medium-firm mattress.

Guest bedroom has two full size beds with memory foam medium firm mattresses.

Living room has a queen pullout sleeper sofa bed.

Bed linens, blankets and quilts all included.

Bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths all included.

Gas fireplace in main living area as well as baseboard heating in each room.

Portable air conditioners in main living area and master bedroom during summer months.

Fully equipped kitchen with essentials such as pots & pans, dishes, glassware, eating and cooking utensils, blender, Keurig, crock pot and more

Guests will have access to the entire condo and includes pool, basketball court, shuffleboard, pickleball and beach access to the Saco River.

Septic system in use. Do not put anything down drains/toilets that does not belong.
Please remove footwear and leave in entry.

We had a great stay at Randy's home! The house was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. It was located close to Fryeburg and a short drive to North Conway, NH. It's October. Didn't use the pool. The unit was very nice...beautiful furniture, well stocked , good location. Randy was in touch to make sure everything was going well. Excellent stay.

Cozy, new, clean condo

Great Time with the family. The condo was very clean. We were close to skiing (20 minutes), close to grocery store. The propane fireplace was great and kept us warm while giving a relaxing vibe. During routine visit they shoveled the roof and we lost water. Randy notified us before we knew we lost power and communicated well throughout. Highly recommend. Thank you for a fun get away!
