Beautiful home that was well equipped! The outdoor area was quaint and peaceful. Walking distance to the pond. The town of North Conway has cute shops and some great Pubs! We were able to easily drive to so many different attractions!

The property was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was superb! Loved watching a movie in the basement theater. Lots of places to explore in the area and outlets to shop in at Settlers Green. Had a great time!

5 Star !!!!! :) This was a very nice cozy home and had everything needed. Had no issues along with the owners allowing us to come a day later due to an illness and also told us we could stay the next day to cover the full stay. Hot tub was great! All and in All a great place to stay and close to all the activities!!! Would definitely come again!

Home was exceptionally clean. Hot tub was clean, well maintained. Great spot for a girls weekend away. Location is great, close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at The 729—it was exactly the peaceful escape we were looking for. The property had everything we needed and more. We especially loved the hot tub, which was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the area, and the movie theater was a fun bonus.

Family winter getaway

We had such an amazing stay! The house was so warm and cozy and it was decorated for the holidays which we were so excited about! Everything was so clean and well kept. We definitely recommend staying here — we can’t wait to come back!

Christmas Getaway

This space was perfect for our family getaway for a few days. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a few days away. The hot tub was very much enjoyed. Would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to getaway but still be close to town.

This house is second to none!

This is a beautiful property. Tom was very easy to work with, very responsive, and the house and amenities are second to none. We will DEFINITELY stay there again if we return to the area. One of the best rental places we've stayed for sure!!!

Annual family trip

We had a great stay for our annual family trip to the Conway area. Plenty of room and enjoyed the outdoor fire, and the finished basement was perfect on a rainy night for a movie. Tons of movies and games to chose from as well. The privacy was great and the owner very responsive to any questions. Would stay again for sure!

We have rented the Chalet across the street for 20 years until the stopped renting. We love this cabin and plan on renting again and making it a new tradition

Comfortable, warm and full of amenities

This is only my second time renting a home, and I was extremely impressed. Place was comfortable, clean, and close to stores and restaurants yet private. The house had everything you need! We’ll be back next year!

Cozy and clean

Great place to stay with the kids! (or just the adults) We had a wonderful weekend of tubing and making memories. The house was perfect and a great set up. The outdoor fire place was a favorite as well as the movie area in the basement. We loved staying here and we will certainly be back!

Great house

We recently rented this house for a week in February. We had a total of 8 people ( 4 adults and 4 young children) It was very comfortable and convenient to North Conway. Everything is new and clean. Beds were comforable and there is a great selection of movies and games for everyone ! Owners were very easy to work with!

Beyond our expectations

Stay here! Very clean and professionally built and maintained. The ideal place for an authentic New Hampshire experience, a short drive to North Conway, and a great hot tub to relax in at the end of the day. We were pleasantly surprised about the heated floors and how nice the finished basement was. All in all, the perfect stay right in the heart of New Hampshire, at a reasonable cost!
