Two Bedroom/one Bath Villa full room decor, sleeps four (4) total (with one on living room sofa can make 5) two large flat screen TVs with cable and WIFI, laundry closet, desert landscaped patio, covered parking. first floor with easy wheelchair access curb cut and handicap parking in front of unit. Walk to everything shopping /restaurants. Walk to tennis and pools and park, plenty of southern light exposure. Perfect location for Mayo Clinic as it is centered among the three (3) facilities. Close to West World and Phoenix Open. This is a nice and sunny first floor " End Unit" with easy access from your covered parking.

Scottsdale is a beautiful city so we purchased our villa in a beautiful Northern area. This location offers close superior shopping, recreation and restaurants. A one minute walk to the pool and tennis court will help you stay trim after eating at our fine restaurants. Perfect condo for all three Mayo Clinic locations.

What makes this property unique

We love eating and enjoying margaritas on our desert landscaped patio. Best of all, this end unit offer a bright southern winter sun exposure. We love this end unit's quiet location.
