Great place about an hour from the west entrance of Yellowstone. It also close to Teton National park. Ashton is about 15 minute drive for anything you might need. Go out the front door and hear the river roaring.

We had the most beautiful home and hosts for our week at Yellowstone and Grand Tetons! The hosts were more than accommodating and we learned a lot about the area from them! It was great to come back each evening and be able to relax in a comfortable and clean home! The view from the front porch is to die for. Thank you for providing a perfect place to stay! We will recommend your property to all of our family and friends!

Thank you, Cindy. You guys were great guests! I'm glad I could share our little slice of heaven with you. You're welcome back anytime!
The house was as described - everything we needed for our stay. The owner (lives next door) was over watering the yard and mowing/edging while we were there. We were trying to catch a midday nap and with the windows open (no a/c) and the noise from outside, it was a little challenging. It was the weekend and I get it, just worth mentioning. Great location for fishing the river and driving to see waterfalls and hiking.
I was initially hesitant to stay here due to the low number of reviews since it was new. However, I'm glad I took the chance and rented it for seven days. This home is a fisherman's paradise, as you can walk right out the front door and cast your line. It's conveniently located almost equal distance between Grand Teton and Yellowstone, and the drive to both parks is manageable. There's a grocery store in Ashton, just ten minutes away, along with some charming restaurants. The owner lives next door and is readily available to assist with anything you need. The home itself is lovely. We are a family of five and had plenty of space. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we required, and the master bed was super comfortable. Additionally, the fishing opportunities and the enjoyable experience of watching other fishermen and tubers added to our stay. A boat launch is visible from the front porch. Having stayed in short-term rental homes around the world, I would absolutely choose this one again. We had a wonderful vacation!(Picture is taken from across the river with the house in the background)

About the host
Hosted by Eric Pauly
My wife and I live on the adjacent property and thoroughly enjoy the river, wildlife and local people year round. I am a big fly fisherman and can walk from my house to the river in about 30 seconds!
Why they chose this property
We chose this particular spot because we are far enough away from town to enjoy the beauty of nature, but also only a 15 minute drive to town for groceries, gas and/or dining. There is so much beauty and diverse ecosystems within a 1.5 hour drive and as close as 5 minutes.
What makes this property unique
Being right on the Henry's Fork river is a luxury whether you want to fish, float or just play in the river. It is centrally located between Yellowstone and Grand Teton Parks and there are hundreds of miles of dirt roads that explore all the wonders of the Caribou-Targhee National forest and the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem - all right out the front door!
