Spacious historic 4-bedroom pool house in Downtown Sebring

This historic 4-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Sebring for Race Week. Roughly 8 minutes to Sebring International Raceway and boasting 2,400 sq feet so you will have multiple areas for you and your team to spread out and relax after a day at the track. Shared spaces are the large 1/3 acre yard, herb garden out back, and beautiful pool and garden area. Inside shared spaces include a Florida room with record player, vinyl, and pool views, two sitting rooms, two living rooms, formal dining room, and 50's retro diner kitchen. You will be a few blocks from the downtown circle. Be close to the Fan Fest Parade, restaurants, and coffee shops. Your sleeping areas consist of a full sized bed in the bedroom on the 1st floor and upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with a full and 2 queen beds. The two full sized bathrooms each have original cast iron tubs and shower combo.
Enjoy amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, pool, garden, herb garden, and a washing machine /dryer during your stay. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our fabulous house. Perfect for race teams!

One of the best experiences ever on VRBO !!!

Perfect area, walking distance to great food and drinks. Close to race track, yet far enough to get some sleep. This is a gem with an amazing pool.The hosts are pro and the property is better than the pictures.Loved our entire experience!!!! Thanks again to the Host for making it so special.

My husband was born in the county and I’m from Hollsnd, Michigan. He has been the lead of an oldies rock and roll band for over 40 years and has a full schedule of bookings. I’m now a retired teacher who recently completed the master gardener volunteer program and garden in several locations in the community. We both enjoy hiking national parks.

Why they chose this property

Our historic house is called the Ferguson house and Mr. Ferguson was the superintendent of Highlands County Schools. It is located within walking distance of the elementary, middle, and high school our kids attended and close to the school ball fields and downtown.

What makes this property unique

Our home was built in 1926 and is listed on the historical registry. It has been a gathering place for our growing family for over 30 years. Caretaking of the home, pool, and yard has been a hobby for my husband and I.
