- Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.
- An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes.
- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.
- Parking in the driveway for 5 cars max. Street parking allowed: NO
- If you're interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability.
- The heated pool fee is $100/night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature; please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler may not be as warm as you might expect. For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool might heat up to 75-80 degrees. We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!
- Just a friendly heads-up regarding the pool heater. Due to manufacturer limitations, pool heaters are not efficient when outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F. During colder weather, the heater may run but the pool may not reach the desired temperature, and heating cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to answer any questions before or during your stay.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.
GUEST VERIFICATION:
To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.

The pool and view are the high points and can’t be beat! We played pickleball while the kids swam. The little sand area near water was perfect for the kids to build castles and play. Communication was very quick and responsive. We needed a few more pots and pans to cook but we are a Cajun family - it’s all about the food and fun. The layout is perfect for a large group. Plenty of space to spread out.

We had an absolutely fantastic weekend stay! The location was perfect—quiet and relaxing. Whether it was morning coffee on the patio or winding down in the evening, the atmosphere was just what we were hoping for.Communication with the host was seamless. Kelly was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out incredibly easy. It’s rare to find a place that checks every box, but this one truly does.We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free getaway!

Good - location, kitchen, supplies provided, size of home, beds, general cleanliness, fixing problems (eventually). TVs. Sunsets!Bad - check in was a MESS. 4 hours to get in, asked me to call my own locksmith, fortunately it was nice outside. Suggested I go get coffee while I waited. Grill and blackstone were unusable. Rusted out. Were replaced in the final day. Wallpaper was literally falling off the walls. Pool was murky on the first day cleared up on day two. Exterior doors fixed with duct tape. Not all games functioning. The dock to the lake is a serious safety hazard.Overall it appeared that this house had potential but starting off by losing the entire first day was not ideal. Still waiting for feedback about an item left behind 2 days later. The house just needs to have basics fixed which appear to have been ignored. At this price point we typically don’t have the issues encountered on this stay. With that said, the beds are great, the house is huge, with a great social area and kitchen. I liked that there were ton of supplies (trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper). Its location to downtown is great (1 mile) and in the middle of all the golf courses. I would love to stay here again hopefully it gets the maintenance required to make it look as lovely as the original pictures.
