The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Checkout time 10am. Cleaners will arrive after 10, but are often very prompt. Please leave used towels on the floor and do not make used beds. This helps us to avoid washing clean linens.
Windows and Doors Close and lock exterior doors and windows. Leave through the front door. DO NOT lock the security gate. Lock the digital lock on the blue door. Send me a message. Thanks.
Come Again Take a business card with you and use the email to contact me directly in the future. Safe travels.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1. Smoking inside the house will result in a $800 fine. 2. No fires indoors or outdoors. Use of the gas fireplace is permitted.
3. Willful or negligent loss or damage to furnishings, decor, landscaping, linens, or other items will be charged at replacement cost plus $250.
4. No Loud parties. 5. Clean up after your pets. If our cleaners have to clean up after pets, indoors or outdoors, there will be a $100 fee.

We enjoyed having good sleeping and eating arrangements for the 10 family members who came to town to celebrate our 98 year parent’s birthday. We felt very safe here. The amenities were perfect for our 4 generation gathering.

Daughters Baby Shower

We drove in from Arizona for my daughter’s baby shower. The host had fresh flowers and cookies waiting for us upon arrival. My kids were happy and my daughter is naming her daughter Lilly which was the type of flower left for us. She was very happy about that. The home is spacious and accommodated everyone. There were two kitchens with helped with prepping the food for the baby shower that we had at a local community center. Everything needed was at the house for us. I would make a recommendation to add Clorox wipes so we didn’t use too many wash cloths to wipe counters. There was a lot of games including a poker table and checker table. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. The host was very responsive and super nice.
