This lovely light-filled home is designed to maximize the superb ocean vistas. While enjoying ocean and meadow views in a peaceful private setting you will also be able to relax in complete comfort in this 1700 square feet home which features hardwood floors, upscale décor with imported rugs, vaulted ceilings, large windows, and fireplace. From the living area, step out to the ultra large ocean facing deck with teak furniture, Hot tub and barbeque. The kitchen is well equipped with all the modern appliances and the media center has everything you need…HDTV, movies, music, Internet.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please put all towels in the washing machine and start. No need to transfer the cleaning team will do the rest. Helps with washing/drying time. Thank you!

Please make sure the heat is off

Please leave the two ( 2) hang tags for cars and four (4) personal IDs in the black pouch on the kitchen counter.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Hot tub to be used at ones own risk. Spiral stair case is to be used at ones own risk.

All towels are to put into the washing machine and machine started no later than 10:00 am on departure day. No need to dry the towels.

Sea Ranch requires us to keep the noise level down. No loud music, loud noises in or around the home please.

This was such a magical and wonderful stay. Cari's house is meticulously cared for and she has thought of EVERY detail. The house is comfy, warm and inviting and has the perfect ocean view backdrop with the never ending Sea Ranch starry sky as your night time hot tub companion. Cari was so delightful to communicate with and she's very responsive whenever you need help. I will definitely return and highly recommend!

Lovely well appointed home with a pretty view of the ocean. Hands down, best kitchen of any rental I have stayed in 30 years! Very clean and well taken care of property. We enjoyed the scenic and quiet meadow around the home.

Very clean and cozy, a welcome plate of fresh delicious cookies and note to use any food in the pantry! Easy check-in, hi-end appliances in easy to use kitchen with georgous imported dishware and glasses. Plump duvet on comfortable bed to enjoy cool breezes from sea.A sun-drenched deck with sea view, sunken hot tub for nighttime watching of shooting stars. Covered parking. Walking trail just off deck.

Lovely property and location. We had a wonderful time. Our only problem was 2nd floor bedroom only accessible to young limber folks but it wasn’t a problem as the younger people in our party stayed up there and did our laundry for us! Spiral staircase very narrow for people post knee replacement. They didn’t have a stand up shower, only a tub. But we liked the house and view and had a great time!

Perfection!

We had a wonderful week of relaxation in this beautiful home! The views from the house are simply amazing and the house itself is beautifully decorated and welcoming in every way. The beds are amazingly comfortable, every room is well stocked with everything you might need, and you can tell that Cari thoughtfully caters to her guests. Communication with Cari was outstanding and she was so kind with information and recommendations. Thank you! We can't recommend enough!!

Lovely little beach house

We had a very nice time staying at this lovely little beach house. It was very quiet and private, and well equipped. We spent our mornings with the kids at the nearby Walk-On beach and our afternoons enjoying the back deck with a view of the ocean and a glass of wine while they napped. It was just what we needed!

Fabulous vacation

We enjoyed staying at this Sea Ranch property immensely! Everything was there, the kitchen fully stoked, the rest just as in the description (or even better!). We didn’t need to communicate with the host at all, it was organized so well. Would recommend to anyone!

Relax Near the Beach and in the Woods

We loved our stay at this house in Sea Ranch. The place provided a very comfortable stay (nice soft beds & linens), and everything we needed was in the house. Loved the trails nearby and met many nice people out walking. The spiral staircase took some getting used to, but by the end of our stay, we zipped up and down. Great relaxing on the patio and in the hot tub! Can't wait to come back.
