We were in Alpharetta to attend our daughter’s graduate school graduation. The rental was in a quiet wooded neighborhood with plenty of areas to walk. It was a short walk to and from the Alpharetta town center with dining and shopping. The rental was clean, quiet, and full of amenities.

great location!

it was an easy walk to downtown alpharetta which is so quaint and beautiful. the only reason i gave accuracy 4 stars is because it would have been good to know that there is a resident that lives in the downstairs part of the house. we heard someone talking and heard music and thats how we found out.

This house needs some more work. Seems like a purchase and quick move to make VRBO. Downstairs is another property and a tenant. We had issues with towels but he handled it. It wasn’t very clean and a few things broken or badly put together. Washer/dryer are super small like for a small space. Heat had issue. Just needs a little more work.
