No Parties are permitted.

Crossing from property to property behind the fences on the bay is forbidden.

Entering any property not included in this rental is forbidden.

Please do not leave doors open while in or out of property.

Clotheslines are not permitted. Hanging laundry, towels, swimsuits from balconies and
porches, etc. are not permitted.

The HOA reserves the right to fine every violation of the rules, regulations and policies at a minimum of $500 per violation.

Great family house

Beautiful house had everything we needed for a an extended family trip of 16 . Right next to the bay was the perfect place to drink your coffee every morning with great views of the wildlife . Communication with our host was excellent and when we needed something they were very prompt . Very clean, Loved our stay and would book this house again

Beautiful property

My stay was a great experience and I encourage others to check out this property. It was very clean and check-in/communication with the owners was very transparent. There is a bit of construction going in towards the house but none of it should affect the quality of the stay. Highly recommend!!!

Spring break stay

We stayed over spring break with the family and we really enjoyed the pool, the view, and the house. This place is huge and furnished really comfortably. There is still construction going on nearby, but the construction crews were gone by the time we came back in the evenings. The community is gated and after the crews left it was so quiet and peaceful even during spring break.

Great location, mostly importantly great service. It’s a private residence 10 mins away from padre island. Great access to essentials. Community is under construction. That is only temporary setback! Otherwise I would always prefer to stay here.
