Literally steps off of Duvall and located close to almost everything! This two bed, two bath with full kitchen apartment was perfect for what our family needed for a long weekend. It was immaculately clean and well maintained. The courtyard area was a nice place to unwind in the evening or have morning coffee. The property host was always a text or call away and the shuttle ride to the airport was an added bonus. The only thing this place was missing was parking. As it turns out we didn't need it as we found other ways around the island!

The location was perfect for enjoying Key West and all the activities on Duval St. We enjoyed the courtyard where we could sit and take in the outdoors. Check in was easy and our host was quick to meet our needs.

We thoroughly enjoyed Matt’s Casbah for our trip. Both the room and location were perfect for both ourselves and our two fur babies we brought with us. The location was outstanding right next to south Duval street yet far enough of the street to not hear noise at night. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed my stay. The rental was clean and it was great to have a kitchen. The location is fantastic for exploring. Had a couple of issues and the management company was very responsive. Would stay here again.

Area was close to our events and we were surprised that the unit had 2 bed with 2 bath. Owners are planning on doing more renovations this summer. Would be better with parking. Enjoyed our stay.

Awesome place

A great price and the best location had a great stay and will be definitely be booking again ! Management and maintenance were very accommodating and friendly.. So glad to have found this place convenient,clean and great price .

Decent place in a very good location. In fact, one of the best locations on the island. The managers are very responsive. Customer service is probably the best on the island. The downsides are the small size, the lack of an indoor dining table, and the lack of parking (but hosts helped drop the car in a safe free location and helped with getting around by giving us rides)

Perfect little getaway right in the middle of Old Town. Our space was clean and offered everything you could need when you are spending time in the room! Got a chance to meet the owners in passing and they are so kind and very accommodating!

Great location!

Me and my spouse really enjoyed this property! Easy access. We found everything we needed inside easily. The place was very clean! Bed was super comfy. We will definitely be coming back!

The property was literally steps from Duval Street. The picture is taken from the driveway. We were there for Christmas and stayed five nights. It is an absolutely perfect place for a couple. The pictures online really don't do it justice. Check-in was super easy, and it was spotless. And we happened to have the greatest family staying next to us! Would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved this place. I will be booking again next time I visit the keys. I LOVE how clean everything was and how the house had 2 bathrooms SO convenient! This is the perfect spot to stay if u want to be in the middle of all the fun but also it's a hidden treasure when you want peace. Thanks so much for welcoming your home to us. We will gladly be staying in the near future again
