Come see why this 3rd Floor Phoenix Gulf Towers condo with parking on the same floor is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated with easy access on the 3rd floor, the lowest level for condos at the resort and on the same level as the parking garage!! Huge advantage for you to avoid the elevators coming and going! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,800 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Towers condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, fire place in the living room, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, and a 65" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master and 2nd bedroom, a Queen bed and full over full bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom, and a sleeper sofa Queen in the living room for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Towers with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Towers guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For my family's first time in Orange Beach, we could not have been happier with our choice to stay in Phoenix Gulf Towers 307!!! This condo is perfectly situated along Perdido Beach Blvd. for easy access to multiple attractions and restaurants. The condo itself has a picture-perfect view of the ocean and beach. Accessing this beach was a very pleasant experience: jump on the elevator for a very quick ride, then be on the beach in a few minutes' walk. The pool area and lazy river also provide a great alternative. The condo was well equipped and had a great feel. We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers and still had room to spare. Lastly, with this condo on the 3rd floor, it was easy to access the parking garage. I would highly recommend this condo.

The condo itself is great! Having three bathrooms (one for each bedroom) was a major plus. Being on the 3rd floor made it easy to pop back and forth from the pool/beach to the room easily. I will say that the rugs throughout the condo were unnecessary and a tripping hazard for all, both children and grandparents. Also, even connected to the wifi, you couldn’t make or receive a phone call in the condo. Only able to make or receive calls at the far end of the parking garage or at the beach. More of a property issue than the condo itself.

Reviewer Comments: Positives: the bedrooms in this condo are large and so are the bathrooms.The kitchen is very well stocked, including a crockpot and a blender. There is a great ice machine in the bar area. Check out was easy. The deck is very large and looks out over the pool and towards the ocean.I found the property to be very kid friendly. We had a couple of maintenance issues while we were there, but they were taken care of quickly and professionally.There are certainly some areas of opportunity as well. There were a total of five coat hangers in the entire condo, which can sleep up to 12 people. There is absolutely no cell service in the condo at all. You have to be attached to Wi-Fi the whole time in order to make any calls or send text messages. The outdoor pool and lazy river were absolutely freezing and not heated at all. Which would’ve been nice to know as some of the surrounding properties did have heated pools. The temperature of the water made it difficult for the kids to be outside on the very windy days. The most concerning thing, though is that all the rugs in this condo are rumpled and wrinkled and complete tripping hazards. On more than one occasion, a person wiped out and fell down because they are not adequately secured to the floor. Not to mention the master bedroom bed is so high off the ground you truly need a stepping stool to get up there.
