Explore our modern 1-bedroom, 1-bath, 2-beds apartment with plenty of natural light & amazing views in a tranquil neighborhood. The spacious master bedroom features expansive windows. A modern full kitchen is perfect for gourmet meals. Relax in the inviting living area or on the large private deck with panoramic views of mountains, the ocean, Point Loma, downtown San Diego, and the Coronado Bridge. Ideal for a weekend getaway or extended stay. Easy access to San Diego's attractions and natural beauty.

The space:
Our guesthouse is a newly remodeled charming unit with a modern charm. The unit has a full kitchen with new appliances, stocked with all the gourmet cookware, plates, and kitchen utensils you need, a living room with plenty of natural light, TV and full size pull-out sofa bed, a master bedroom with a queen size bed, expansive windows to admire the view, and a large bathroom with standup shower, and double sinks. Finally, a large private deck with amazing views, outdoor patio table and chairs, and a BBQ to grill outside.

Guest access:
The guesthouse can be accessed from the right side of the house. Go past the garage, enter through the black wrought iron gates, to find a lockbox with key. The unit is accessed through the keyed patio glass doors.

Nice , and clean , host was very attentive when needed, overall it was a good stay .the only dislike was kitchen plumbing sewer smell , sink would back up other then that my stay was good , I would return

We weren’t aware of the problem during your stay and only discovered it when our cleaners arrived after your departure. Had we known sooner, we would have been happy to address it promptly so you could have enjoyed the rest of your stay without the inconvenience. After inspecting the plumbing, we found that the kitchen sink drain pipe had become clogged, which caused the sink to back up and created the odor you experienced. The issue has since been fully resolved, and everything is working properly again. Thank you again for your feedback. We truly appreciate it and would be delighted to welcome you back in the future.

bring binoculars if on patio

we had a rushed visit, but next time would enjoy the views to the ocean and relax in the inviting patio. The bed is comfortable and decor nicely done. the homeowner close by if needed and very friendly.
