About this property

Escape to paradise! The Seaview Club is a small intimate 38 unit condo complex located on the preferred southern end of Marco Island. Amenities include a heated pool, tennis court and a bar-b-que grill. We are the closest condo complex to the beach without paying beachfront prices. Just walk across the street to access 3 miles of beautiful white sand beaches.

Come inside our newly remodeled contemporary second floor end unit with lots of natual light and extra windows. The first thing you will notice is the rich cherry style flooring that is through out the condo. Everything is new from the doors to the crown molding.

As you come down the hall turn left into our brand new full size kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. All pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker and toaster are here. There is also a great breakfast bar with stools.

Looking out from the kitchen you see the dining area and living room which are decorated in a beautiful contemporary style. There is plenty of room for friends and family to socialize or watch a movie on the 46' inch LED TV. We have a Blu-ray player and free WiFi. The sofa converts into a comfortable queen size bed.

From the living room step out to the screened in balcony. It's a great place to see the sun go down or have a meal with your morning coffee.

Off the living room is the master bedroom with a brand new king size bed. Lie in bed and watch TV on the new 32' LED TV. There is also a dresser and his and her closets. Open the french doors to a spa inspired master bath. The bathroom offers double sinks, toilet, spa bench, full length mirror and a beautifully glass tiled walk in shower.

The second bedroom has 2 new twin beds, dresser, chair and closet. Off the bedroom is the laundry area with full size washer and dryer. The second bathroom has also been remodeled and has a vanity, toilet and tub with shower.

Extra's we include are beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, beach toys and beach towels.

Perfect time on Marco Island

Perfect vacation spot

Both the condo and location are amazing. The condo and property are awesome; updated unit with great kitchen, furniture, comfortable beds, beautiful new master shower. It was well stocked with everything we needed. This unit has a key code lock, which was so much nicer than the last time we stayed in these condos and had to keep track of two sets of keys with teenagers coming and going. This time it was just me and my husband though. It is right across the street from the beach access point, which is very convenient (and the walkway to the beach is very pretty). I especially love the pool at Seaview. It’s large and always a wonderful temperature. We walked on the beach every morning and found lots of pretty shells. There were almost always dolphins swimming right there that were so fun to watch. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Marco Island is awesome and we highly recommend this rental.

Very nice condo in great location accross from public beach entrance and within walking distance to everything you need as far as restaurants go. Would definitely recommend for families that want a quiet and clean place

Wonderful!

Nothing fancy, but very comfortable and extremely clean. The location was outstanding. Right on the main drag and across the street from the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting Marco Island!

Nice condo near South Beach

The location was very convenient to South Beach (public access across the road), and walking distance to shops & upscale restaurants & gelato & movies at Marco Walk, as well as beachfront restaurants. The screened balcony with table & chairs is a great feature, as we spent time out there relaxing and eating. The owner supplied all the beach equipment that we desired: chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, etc. The kitchen was well-equipped, the king bed was comfortable, and the double sinks with counter space were great to have. Also equipped with in-unit washer/dryer which was essential for our stay. The heated outdoor pool was wonderful, as it was set at a very comfortable temperature.

VERY CLEAN property, spacious, great management, nice pool, quiet and safe area. 4 minute walk to an amazing beach, calm clear water, white sand ( some shells but only in some areas) We’re definitely coming back!!

Fantastic

First time to Marco Island, but definitely not the last. Wonderful experience - condo was great! Very clean and accommodating. Beach chairs & umbrellas were great. Access to the beach was super easy with a very beautiful walkway. Owner was so easy to work with and very responsive. Again, fantastic!

Amazing value and so close to the beach!

Everything was perfect and as shown. We are a family of 4, all adults, and had plenty of space! So clean and beautiful. It felt like a high end hotel. We normally stay at JW MARRIOT down the street for thousands more and I’m so glad we gave this condo a try. A short 5min walk to the beach and so worth it for the space and convenience of the condo! Everything you could need is there. We loved the beach chairs and umbrellas. There are beach towels too. All kitchen needs are there! Beds are comfy and the entire experience was fantastic. Pool was so clean and beautiful. Nice quiet building. I will definitely stay here again. My adult kids are 19 and 26 and loved it as well.

Excellent Condo for Families

Our family of 5 (kids ages 10,13,16) stayed at the condo over the week of Thanksgiving. The location was fabulous as the public beach access was across the street. Condo was clean with nice updates. It had everything we needed - beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, washer/dryer, kitchen supplies, etc. Pool was nice. Complex was very quiet with great parking. Had a great week and would definitely suggest this condo to other families who are looking for a relaxing beach vacation! Even though it is only 2 bedrooms, with the pull out couch, it worked great for our family of 5! We also loved our views from the lanai! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great condo, great location

There was a slight snafu with check-in, but the owner promptly took care of it and made it right. The condo is in a great location - 5 minute walk to the beach and it has chairs, towels, an umbrella, and everything you need. It is well kept up and the property is pretty quiet. Couldn't have been happier with the stay and we are looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful condo on Marco Island 6

Loved staying at this property with my family. Conveniently located close to the beach access. The condo has everything the family needs. There is a starter of all necessities so no need to rush to the store as soon as you arrive. The unit has a washer and dryer conveniently located across from the kitchen. The unit is very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Would love to come back next year. Thank you for an amazing experience we had in Marco Island!

Wonderful Condo on Marco Island

This was the perfect condo for my family! The condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to anything you would want for a day at the beach. The condo is situated on a corner and had lots of natural light. We ate all our meals on the screened and porch and visited the lovely pool everyday. The beach is just a short walk across a road and down a beautiful path. This part of the island was so much less crowded than the southern end. We were so glad we stayed here!

Great location right across from beach!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a nice beach vacation and had a wonderful time. The property was just as advertised and the check in process was a breeze! The condo was clean and the location was great with a short walk across the street from the beach. All essential amenities provided including beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Pristine- just as advertised

The condo was just as advertised. The property was spotless which was very important to us in the current environment. The location was perfect right across the street from the beach access and walking distance to many nice restaurants. Robert was easy to deal with but frankly we didn't need to interact because there were no issues at all. Highly recommend this property 5 stars all around.
