This was our annual family trip to the lake. The home is simple if you’re not looking for anything fancy. It is also pretty remote so the roads to the house are rough. We were only at the home to sleep and shower as we spent our days at our daughter’s lake home each day. The air conditioning was excellent and great communication with the owner.

Our stay in Warsaw Mo

The house was clean and had everything we needed for the week we were there. The neighborhood was quiet with very little traffic. The house is not on the water but we had a great view and could hear the water going over the little water falls. It was one of the better places we have stayed in when we go to Warsaw.

The place is great. Stayed 4 nights while fishing around Warsaw. Just a few minutes off of major road, with access to Warsaw areas in a few minutes for grocery shoping, fishing,etc. Located in a very friendly neighborhood. Small but spacious house that is newly listed. Met one owner who asked if we needed anything. Would recommend this place.

This is our 5th year staying in the Warsaw area. First time at this particular property. We absolutely loved it. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Melvin and Pam were wonderful to work with. We enjoyed getting to meet Pam in person. Nice quiet area. We relaxed on the porches and watched the wildlife. The deer joined us for breakfast twice. We will definitely be return here next year.

This neighborhood has deep ties with Family. Melvin's parents live here, his uncles at one time or another and his grandfather as well. Is it a special area to us.

The area has lots of things to do, but we want to make the house a destination of iteself if you just want to press pause on life for a moment.
