This newly updated (except the laundry) 1650 sq ft house sleeps 8. We have 3 bedroom with a master bed and bathroom. The house is located within walking distance to the beech bar and restaurants and has lake access of its own. There is ample room on the 800 sq ft main floor to gather and has front and rear decks for outdoor seating and entertaining.Front yard fire pit for evenin gatherings. This spot also some of the most beautiful sunsets you’ll see

Family 75th birthday celebration weekend.

The place is very nice and great for families. Check in easy. Our party was 4 miles away and some family were camping there. We spend nights and beach time at the house. The house has everything you could need. Very pleased, and would recommend it.

We would come back!

Close to lake's swimmng area and close to our families cottage. It smelled a little smokey when we went in but got better overtime. The masterbedroom is wonderful with big shower. Livingroom and kitchen is big and open. Kitchen is well stocked and the owner was kind wanting to make sure we had all that we needed. I gave it a 4 star because of the smell but we loved being there.

The house had great potential: open space, nice bathrooms and great location. But, it was neglected. Back balcony did not look safe or free of debris to use. Floors and carpets need a really good cleaning. Landscaping is overgrown and the porch furniture did was not cared for or even clean enough for us to want to use. The host stopped by several times because he lives next door. Easy to communicate with but I think his home was cared for the same way as his rental.

This was an excellent location with a beautiful view. The house has 3 very nice bedrooms with 2 full size beautiful bathrooms and a half bathroom downstairs in the laundry room making it very convenient. The house also has central air which is a plus with the weather situation in Michigan. It would be nice to have a small TV in the bedrooms however for those who like to fall asleep to a TV or would like to watch something else from the one TV located in the living room. Overall, it is very accommodating and I would stay here again should I go back.
