With 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 1 queen open loft room, and a 3 twin bedroom, guests will find the sleeping arrangements marvelous. The cabin features heating, new central AC, thermostat-controlled pellet fireplace, WiFi, Yale smart lock entry, 3 Samsung Smart TVs, a washer/dryer, and a newly remodeled (Jan 2025) 'rustic modern' design with all new furniture (including Casper mattresses). The 2 bathrooms are fully-equipped with showers. Cabin is located within proximity to a busy street, yet is well-insulated with new windows, new water heater, updated furnace, easy parking for many cars and a basketball court just steps away, all in a meadow-like setting. Experience the magic of Sunriver at our cabin.

What a wonderful cabin. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped and met all our needs. Our group of 9 (two families) were very comfortable here. Deschutes River access is within walking distance for paddle boarding and river floats. The Village shops are just a short walk, really everything we needed is close by. The cabin was extremely clean and well kept. Communication with the host was smooth and quick. We look forward to staying here again.
