The studio condo was perfect for our stay. The unit is immaculate and well-appointed. The resort offers lots of amenities. It is a short 15-20-minute drive into Durango and a good location also for visiting nearby Mesa Verde.

The beds were great and the room was fine and clean and the AC worked great. However, the first picture on the listing shows a deck and there is no deck in the unit. It is a shared deck in the common area two floors down, only half of the light bulbs work in the bathroom and the view while stunning is impossible to see in the morning as the windows need to be replaced as the vapor seals have failed. The TV did not work and we never could get the WiFi to connect. The setting and the gym are excellent. There was only a small amount of instant coffee and tea in the unit but we found a wonderful coffee shop just up the highway called First Tracks.
