What a wonderful stay we had! Shawn and Jeni were wonderful hosts and super responsive to emails. This rental was centrally located making it easy to get anywhere we wanted in Durango. The neighborhood was quiet. The house itself was well kept, organized and comfortable! Highly recommend this property and host!

Super clean and comfy home! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with everything needed, and the location was perfect. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. Strongly recommend this rental!

House was great, all the comforts of home. Neighborhood was friendly and quiet. Close to downtown, food, shops and surrounding places to visit. A great home base for what we wanted to see and do.

The place was absolutely amazing. One of the very best that we have stayed out. We were close to everything we needed and wanted to do. Shawn was super efficient when we needed something. Absolutely a wonderful experience!

Very clean and welcoming home with the smoothest check in and out process. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating! The grassy yard and provided games were perfect for our kids. It’s so close to the river and downtown. This location was exactly what we hoped for on our family vacation.
