The attached covered porch allows for watching sunsets, movies, yoga or taking a snooze on the twin porch swing! Outside Shower! OWNER A SEVERE ASTHMATIC /No pets/No smoking or Vaping! The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Absolutely no pets of any kind, no smoking, no vaping. The owner is severely asthmatic. PL wipe clean all rooms and leave no debris. Please contact the owner directly with any questions you may have.
If you ordered the outside linen service strip all the beds and put all towels and linens in one bag near the front door. USE OUTSIDE SHOWER FOR DIRT AND SAND - NO SAND IN HOUSE PLEASE!
Please take all trash to the curb Tuesday evening both trash and recycling. Trash pick up is 6 AM Wednesday morning. Please empty trash cans out in the kitchen prior to leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
OWNER SEVERE ASTHMATIC NO PETS OF ANY KIND, NO SMOKING NO VAPING! NO SUBLETTING! USE OUTSIDE SHOWER TO KEEP SAND OUT OF HOUSE!!!
BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS, TOWELS, PAPER PRODUCTS FOOD ETC. LAUNDRY ROOM a code will be given to you to use the laundry room on WEDNESDAYS only.
BOTH TRASH AND RECYCLABLES MUST BE PULLED TO THE CURB EVERY TUESDAY EVENING OR LATE FEE WILL BE CHARGED. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR DOING SO:)

Cape May has a beautiful beach and the town has become almost an all year round resort because of various fun events and activities!!! Recently the City of Cape May has added a beach path on the sand for strollers and wheelchairs. See pictures.
