This is a duplex**** the listing does not say that. Other than that surprise, we had a wonderful time. Being on the beach is a huge plus, especially with young kids. The house could use some more rugs, and new outdoor rugs

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a good location. Could use some maintenance - carpet was old and ceilings had multiple water stains. The management team was very responsive. Highly advise guests to make sure all valuables are out of cars and cars locked. A family member left their wallet in car and a large amount of money was stolen.

This location is the BEST and we've stayed here before. I typically do not leave a bad review but this is the exception. Upon arrival the entire house was filthy. Everything was covered in construction dust - counters, floors, tables, bedspreads, etc. They had put down new flooring just recently. No toilet paper, no towels downstairs and tubs were very dirty. At the bottom of the stairs from the deck was construction trash as well as nails on the ground. They did send a lady out to clean somewhat after we contacted the PM. The King bed downstairs is extremely hard and very uncomfortable. The air conditioner unit for the upstairs did not work and they had to send someone out to work on it. The closet doors in the other downstairs bedroom don't close. The kitchen had everything we needed, just a bit of a cluster mess in the cabinets. Greg from the PM came and checked on us. Nice guy. The neighbors were very nice too. This could be a nice house, just needs a little more TLC. I'm attaching the picture of the washcloth I used on the dining table upon arrival. I can tell you this, that house was cleaner when we left than when we got there. Thanks to us

We appreciate and value your feedback Dana. We never like to hear that a guest is less than satisfied with their stay. As mentioned when you reported the cleanliness issues upon arrival, the unit had some recent updates and the cleaning company was scheduled post construction. Apparently they did not do a proper job. We are glad to hear that they came back out to promptly to take care of your needs. The AC is functioning properly. While mattress comfort is certainly subjective, we have not had any past negative feedback about the king bed. We will definitely keep this feedback in mind.
